I still remember how I was constantly anxious during my early career about other's people's opinion or making mistakes. Now that I've progressed, a lot of things don't really matter as much. What are the things that you have grown to be less concerned about at work?
Definitely learned to set my goals and and stop trying to please everyone
I am no longer concerned at all about those who dispute my word because I don't have a four year degree. My experience counts for about 3 or 4 degrees.
We all need money to survive, but there is not always a direct relationship between compensation and happiness.
May I ask how you came to care less about others opinions? This still tends to be a problem for me personally & I would love to just get over it already.

Same here. I used to be very self conscious and worried about what everyone else's opinion. Now I've learned that it's not the source of my work achievement.
