I still remember how I was constantly anxious during my early career about other's people's opinion or making mistakes. Now that I've progressed, a lot of things don't really matter as much. What are the things that you have grown to be less concerned about at work?

  • ❤️I care less about ppl’s opinion
  • 💯I've learned to lower my standard and make compromise
  • 👏I've given up trying to make everyone happy
  • 🤔I've learned to turn my eye somewhere else and pretend nothing happens

I am no longer concerned at all about those who dispute my word because I don't have a four year degree. My experience counts for about 3 or 4 degrees.

We all need money to survive, but there is not always a direct relationship between compensation and happiness.

May I ask how you came to care less about others opinions? This still tends to be a problem for me personally & I would love to just get over it already.

I learned to compromise a bit and respect other's feedback instead of sticking to my own standard.

Same here. I used to be very self conscious and worried about what everyone else's opinion. Now I've learned that it's not the source of my work achievement.
