Also, there a list you may be able to get it offline you just Google it. I got it offline, but this was a long time ago. Idk if it's still there but worth a try. My local paper posted it a few months back. You can call any prison, they have the list.( They do,if the otherwise they're lying🙂) The library may have it. They get kickbacks from the state for hiring felons. You'd be surprised at who hire.. I believe Walmart, Food Lion and so many more that are really good places to work.

Most jobs say they will do a back ground check and don't. I know this from experience. And they only go back 7 years if they do. And if they do a check. Just be honest about what happened. Most ppl go by first impressions anyway, at least that's been my case. So still apply regardless of them saying they do back grounds. I have a lot on my record, I'm ashamed to say. But I have landed every job I have applied for and they said they did back ground checks. Keep trying, keep your head up!

Try searching the job board for potential employment opportunities. Click on the tab that says jobs and you’ll be able to explore positions and submit applications there. Be sure to filter out your job search by using your desired job title as a keyword. Good luck! 🍀

@Sikario Nunez Hello Sikario, I would start with an internet search I’ve known a few who found success with this and were able to get a felony-friendly role. Hope this helps and good luck 👍🏼

It's possible to get a job almost anywhere, but it's important to make a good impression during the interview. Instead of letting your criminal background define you, present yourself as a hard-working individual. Your presentation during the interview is crucial. It's important to note that I have never disclosed my criminal background before sitting down for an interview. If the application asks for criminal history, it's better to give the interviewer your resume instead. Learning how to write an impactful resume is essential as it can open doors that were previously closed to you.
