If you aren't learning something new, you aren't growing. And if you aren't growing, then you really aren't succeeding. Here's a few 'wake-up-call' questions for you...

  • What have you learned so far this year?
  • What will you learn before the year is over?
  • Where will you learn this - through your employer, or on your own? We all have to take responsibility to move our own worklife forward. It starts with building a continuous learning 'muscle'.

For me - I have learned a good amount from both colleagues and competitors this year and have learned a lot from people I have met in different settings as well. However, perhaps some of the best learning I have achieved this year is via some deepdives into 1-2 books in particular. But as I type this, I wonder if the pace of my learning hasn't decreased a bit from prior years, and so will take some time between now and July to consider what new learning goals I'll have for the second half of 2022.

What about you? What have you learned? And what are you doing to ensure you expand your skills and knowledge so that you continuously grow? #learning #growth
