So how can you “Praise” someone at Jobcase??

Hate to say it but "praising" someone here is a sandbox gesture, it might make you feel good but it does not carry weight with any employers.
I don't know why we need praising at all ,maybe it raises someone's spirit which is good. I will have to think about this,Ford
