@Amanda Garcia, I sure am glad there are people like you that are able to do such a job. It takes something special to care for others, complete strangers, as well as care for your family. Just imagine if there weren't folks like you....

Nursing can be a challenging and demanding job that requires long hours and constant attention to the needs of patients. Some of the common frustrations that nurses may encounter in their work include:
Dealing with difficult patients: Nurses may have to deal with patients who are uncooperative, aggressive, or unresponsive to treatment. This can be frustrating and emotionally draining, especially when patients do not understand the importance of following medical advice.
Working long hours: Nurses often work long shifts, including weekends and holidays. This can be challenging for those who have family obligations or other commitments outside of work.
Limited resources: Nurses may have to work with limited resources, such as a shortage of staff or equipment, which can make their job more challenging.
Paperwork and documentation: Nurses have to keep accurate records of their patients' care, which can be time-consuming and tedious.
High-stress environment: Nurses work in a high-stress environment, dealing with life and death situations, which can take a toll on their mental health.
@Bill Branstetter Lack of communication from management. Its tough when questions go unanswered and you feel like you're playing a guessing game and have to just muddle through.
