Job Offer FRUSTRATED!!

I am so so frustrated and angry. Friday I interviewed for a job and it went fantastic. They even asked in the interview when I could start. Friday evening they called and said they were extremely impressed with me and would be sending me an offer. I asked if it would be Monday and they said yes probably Monday. It is now midday Tuesday and not a word. This is a small company and I don't have any email addresses but i do have cell phone #'s. Today I sent a text to both of the individuals who interviewed me on Friday to follow up and still no response. What next steps should I take? Do I consider they changed their mind? I need input I'm really angry and frustrated!!

UPDATE: So after waiting a few days they got back to me and let me know they had decided to hire a sales guy they had been speaking with for some time. They let me know it would be a couple of weeks before they would know if they could hire both. On Monday I saw that they reposted the same job I had interviewed for so I reached back out to them and great news I received an offer on Thursday and start work on March 9th. Seems like it worked out. For all of you still looking I'm cheering for all of you.

Randall,
I understand your frustration. The bottom line is maybe this was not the job for you. I would continue to apply for employment for the right job. Always remember, it's never a job when you love what you are doing...

Randall, I feel you and your frustration but this has happened to me more times than I can count. I have found it helpful to tweak my attitude after every great interview, regardless of what is said, until you have agreed to a contract, keep looking for your next job. Just do not stop because if they want you they will find you...it feels better to leave them in your dust...let them catch up to you...besides you might just find even a better job! Keep at it! And you truly dont want to work for folks who treat humans this way. Good luck!

I'm finding out that job seeking via email internet is an easier way for employers to screen (and ghost) applicants. I have many talents to offer employers in my field, but the internet becomes a tripping hazard with all the gibberish and hoops that come with it! It almost seems if your not tech savvy, your considered dumb and useless no matter what your other talents are!

I am in the heath care industry and i have had two similar situations myself. To be offered a job and then suddenly silence. Highly unprofessional.. Take it as you dodged a bullet. What can you expect from this employer further down the line? NO THANK YOU.. Also if you aced your interview chances are you just might be to all around put together for some. I have been interviewed by some completely flakey people and actually was offered a job and literally declined on the spot due to fear of working under this person. It's a tough process. The way things are done these days it's crazy. Keep in mind when your being interviewed you might want to be very aware and subtlety interview your potential employer in the process.
