Connecting Exceptional Talent with Life-Changing Opportunities!

I recently had the opportunity to present on the topic of #Neurodiverse hiring efforts and was thrilled to see the level of engagement and interest it received. As someone who is passionate about creating inclusive workplaces, I'd love to learn more! If you recognize as neurodiverse, what would you like to see/experience throughout the hiring process that would make you more comfortable? Feel free to comment or message me privately!

The places that I worked at where I felt the most comfortable was where everyone was just respectful of one another. People's curiosity about a different culture truly came from wanting to know more about that person...it's wasn't patronizing or a way to assert how they viewed it.

Really love this topic! It's definitely not easy from my past experience. Neurodiversity is really about creating a safe workplace that allows everyone to be authentic at work. From my experience, we could start w/ practicing self compassion and self awareness. We must accept and embrace ourselves first before we can practice empathy and championing others. I believe starting w/ ourselves can actually change the traditional workplace that we used to think we should act and behave a certain way.
