Start for looking for another job. Sound like high turnover and abuse. Never feel bad about leaving for a better job. Bear it until you can find a better job. Sound like an hostile enviroment. Y ou dont have to take the abuse. If you need to go ahead and leave. Leave ! Learning curve.Refuse to accept it.

Who is degrading you? If it is the boss - time to go. You should nicely ask your boss to allow for a break. If he refuses your request - start to look for a new job. Good luck!

Find another job and quit. They don't sound like they care about you, so you shouldn't feebas about leaving them. It sounds like there is a reason they are understaffed, its because of the way they treat people. No one wants to work in that toxic environment.

1. They are in violation of OSHA Regulations working 8 hr day you got 30 min lunch and 2 15 min breaks this is a federal law ... it isn't your fault they are understaffed the Leads, Supervisors and or Manger has to cover you for lunch.... it's their position and job to do so..... you can report them and don't have to leave any personal information at all

Piss on them and they will have to find another robot but I know that Federal Labor Laws are very specific about the rule and rights you have and most importantly document each and every occurances.

Dont feel bad. This is your life. They can fire you with no notice, but old practice says you need to give a two week notice? The company will go on and leave you peanuts on unemployment. Beat them to the punch and be happy. That is what is important in life.

You must leave for your own self-respect and mental health. You deserve better! It is not your problem that they are, or may become, understaffed. If they are understaffed, it probably has something to do with the negative and hostile culture that they have created and allowed to continue.
