Hi @kennedy Amwayi - have you searched the job board?
Many legit job posts include the company name- you can go to the companies' website/career page and apply directly
Good luck

For W2 jobs the site has a lot of offers, sometimes you gotta be patient and scroll down enough on thea results page... just go to the jobs tab above and type in your role search, check the remote work box and add location or leave it blank for national results.
For contractual jobs, here are some leads I can suggest after 20+ years working remotely:
The easiest to get into in my opinion are AI jobs. No exp needed, absolutely flexible schedule, no interviews and no boss but ... lower pay $11-14. Its basically evaluating websites, social media posts, ads, and search queries according to strict criteria. To get in you do a general sign up and study thea guides for thea project you pick and then pass an open-book quiz. Some companies: Appen, Telus International, LiveOps, UHRS, WeLocalize.
If you prefer something more customer service-oriented with interviews: Kelly, Alorica Teletech, Teleperformance. No interviews- Ominiinteractions, and Working Solutions. instead, you submit a recording with your answers.
In VA super easy but with low work available ility at the beginning is Fancy Hands. Best luck!
