I have an emotional support cat I take on a stroller. His favorite spot is Hamilton Park on Blvd east facing Manhattan . There’s a sign no dogs but my cat stays In the stroller while everyone even kids takes his picture like a celebrity. Recently the security guards started to throw us out.I’m really upset about this and just emailed Mayor Stack still waiting for his reply.
