The project I working for Maximus was good it had it ups and downs. Pay was awesome even when it came to overtime. My interview went well, and got hired on quick. If they had offered 10 years from now to do the Census project again I wouldn't. It was my first time doing customer service. Most of the respondents knew about the Census, some believed it was a scam and some never heard of it. If was advertised a little better about it people would understand the importance of doing your Census. A lot of changes of what we were to do and not do anymore kinda unorganized, but most people stayed till the end. Some got let go and some quit, but despite everything overall looking past the change still got the job done received accolades (incentives and good attendence). #review
