Hi @Cindy Quasarano, when interviewing for a retail sales associate job, I'd show up prepared with examples of why you'd be a great candidate for the role. Use your resume as a reference and come up with some talking points around your past positions and how they relate to the retail sales associate job. I'd also think of any questions you would have for the hiring manager about the position itself and the company. This is a great time to review how to navigate tough interview questions, too!! And remember, an interview should be a two-way dialogue! Good luck, Cindy - let us know how it goes!
