The operations department at Textron Inc. just posted some distribution positions that I’m really interested in applying for but I’m hesitant because I think the hiring process will probably include an extensive background check. I’ve been lucky applying for previous jobs but I have some negative records from mistakes made when I was younger.
John it probably like most companies but more in depth. I had a couple employers I worked for that used First Advantage and they were through. Best thing to do is apply and see what happens. Worst case senerro is they not hire u but maybe they will . Try and see
I would imagine all the standard checks (employment verification, credit, criminal history) as well as a drug screening and fingerprint evaluation. Depending on the clearance level the more in depth the investigation.
