Please remember that doing a job well doesn’t make you a good manager. Yes you do need experience and understanding to be a good leader but please think about taking leadership and people ills seriously. That is such a good point @Jennifer Delaney! To be a successful manager you have to know just as much about leading people as you do about the job! It can be hard to juggle all of the personalities and needs of your staff, but a good manager should know how to be flexible and bring out the best in their employees! Those are the kinds of managers that are the most respected and productive! ♥️
Totally true! Anyone can be a boss but it takes someone really amazing to be a good leader!
