Having your resume black holed is not a reference I was familiar with until recently. @Jerilyn Brown This is why I apply for jobs through Craigslist. When they receive my resume it’s directly to a recruiter’s email or they leave a direct number. There’s alot less red tape as well. Thank you for the share.
