I worked with a company for 8 years when I gave them noticed I wanted to retire and move out of state my manager said that if I ever wanted a job I could always have one with the company. I found out my separation papers said I was not-rehireable. I called the company and asked them about it and they said they put that on everybody file. Now I can't get a job even with the same company. I even had a 2 hour interview with 3 different managers. They explained the pay plan and showed me everything. Then I got a rejection letter after the back ground check. No body will tell you why they won't hire you either

I don’t know your education or skills, but I will say this, “ whatever kind of skills or work experience you have put them to use. I’m up in age and have found myself preparing people’s taxes, bookkeeping and opening my own cleaning business. Do the research in your area and see what is needed and make a business for yourself. This way you make your own schedule and you make a lot more money. You would be surprised at how many doctors, lawyers, companies, apartments, real estate companies, businesses, etc need their residents and companies cleaned. So, I say to you all, find your niche and start your own business. You will and can be AWESOME!

Please I have been working since the virus hit NONSTOP! I have not only done food deliveries, but census, temp jobs, security guard and currently at BJ's. I am getting several calls and emails every day for temp to perm work in Administrative Assistant in 4 states.
Not sure what kind of work or pay you're looking for, but I say leave an open mind and even take a temp job that will go permanent.

These places are not getting with people ! I have filled out over 40 applications and no luck ! These businesses are pulling there crap to get bailed out by the government. Seriously if there that short handed they would be hiring like crazy and they are not . So for you people saying it’s our fault well you must just take penny paid jobs and have a open schedule, no kids , and sound like no life . Some of us can’t run around endless petty jobs that pay crap . Gtfo
