The best high school students have ever had. Have fun with it! Jobs at fancy restaurants and golf courses can get you lots of tips and connections. Oh, and if you are lucky enough to make a great connection, just have coffee with them: it will strengthen your relationship for the future, and if you get nothing out of it besides knowledge, that's a lot.

If you have no career goals, now is the time to figure that out. Your options for work will largely depend on where you live, but most people your age will be able to find work in food service at any number of fast food locations. Right now with Covid, there are more jobs available than people who want to work so put applications out where ever possible for part time because your education should be your priority.

Serve an apprenticeship with someone after school and on weekends. You will earn money and learn a trade that can be useful to buy a car and college tuition

Retail and customer service mostly. You are doing this for experience and some cash. And it looks good when applying for college.
