I loved the preferences given to employees based on nepotism. I doesn't matter if your unable to do your job during AEP as long as you have a relative Humana has a decent amount of Medicare enrollment you didn't really need to maintain your insurance license Humana would just kinda let that slide 😉. Other employees can pick up the slack. Managers didn't need to know how to present the Medicare program, just need to focus on misrepresenting to rip off cancer product to Senior citizens for a few extra bucks.
