I have built and repaired computers, networks and computer labs for 29 years. I am trying to get out of that business, but there is such a demand. Call Center work is in high demand. There are so many different applications and software tools being developed every day the none tech savvy brain can not keep up. We are like the rare Artist that are born with the ability and 95% of the population are not. The hardest part of being in this industry is having to teach the same steps over and over to the same people. If you have the patience to keep repairing the same things they mess up and reteach simple tasks over and over, do it. When you have lost the patience to deal with that 95%s constant mistakes, just get out of that industry.
