Want the person interviewing you to like you? Do this....

Get them talking about themselves!!! Before you do the interview go on LinkedIn and research the person that will be interviewing you. Where did they go to school, work in the past etc. Bring up in the interview that you reviewed their LinkedIn profile and you were very impressed. "What do you like most about working here"? That should get them talking. Also, LinkedIn said you had been here X amount of years- is that accurate? The bottom line is people love to talk about the most important person in their lives- generally themselves. :) I'm not saying you do this the whole interview- maybe after they have questioned you for a bit and there is a good time. Don't wait too long though because generally they are on time constraints.
