My job has consistently promised me future raises, but when weeks turn into mo the and it doesn’t come, I finally question things only to be told that “we are in a pay freeze”. I was promoted to a Team Lead last year without a raise at all. When I threatened to leave, I was given a slight raise. Now here I am, one year into the promotion and I’ve asked numerous times about being brought up to the average level for my position in my logistical area. The “pay freeze” line was used once again. Despite all that, about 5 new hires have been made. I am in the verge of either threatening to leave again or just simply doing so without telling them a thing, leaving them high and dry. #frustrated #aboutmyjob

I get your pain, that's been my last three years. I'd start applying around. There are tons of jobs out there now. I just got lucky enough myself to land one with better... well everything than ny current job. I would still be courteous and put in a two week notice once you find a place though. I wish you luck man, these carrot on a stick tactics need to stop.

Don't quit you have to be patient and persistent I went through it for 12 and a half years God sees everything your going through and in the end Trust his plan for your life if they fire you then you can get unemployment and find a better job that's what I am going for my cdl class A license so I hung in there even though I got sick almost every morning because they treated me badly and I didn't get raises for every 2 years so If you have a family hang in there God will get you through it.
