I would let the job that I apply for know that I’m in the middle of finishing up a project that I started on my other job and it would not be a good thing to quit in the middle of a job that you’re doing for others before you move forward finish what you’re doing That’s what integrity is about

I would give two two-week resignations and utilize that time to assist in preparing the team to execute the set or planned strategies with my best effort. If I am on a TEAM then there will be other strong members on the team. There is no " I " in team.

Yes I would do anything to take care of a situation regardless of the outcome. If my name is on it it's not done with me until I say.

I would explain to the new job hire that I was in the middle of a team project and would like to finish it if possible before leaving for a new job venture.

I would contact the dream job and let them know the I would be available the date after the project we m was completed. The new company should understand. Because of responsibility.
