We interviewed children that had been sexually or physically abused. We followed the victim and the non offending caregiver from the beginning all the way to the prosecution process. We counseled them and provided resources to better help them in the recovery journey. It was always a good day when we truly knew we helped a victim and made sure they felt safe and wouldn’t be a victim again.
