What type of a technician and where? I'm assuming this is for the leather tannery job. What you bring up is very dependent on what you know. If you have a lot of knowledge in this particular field then you should just talk about experiences you have had and your background. Most employers want a candidate they can relate to, that they get along with, and the more confident you appear the better. Do not seem nervous, shy, or unsure of yourself. Do not whisper.

Have you operated the machines used in a tannery? Also, can you mix the chemicals? IF you have any similar experience, say it.
