I’m not sure how all states work, but in California they do not go back 10 years on a DUI. That’s insane and a way to lo-ball employees with backgrounds. If I were a mechanic, I would just place an ad on Craigslist for a side hustle or possibly start my own mobile mechanic business. I would even get certified to be a diesel mechanic, those guys make a lot of money. Great video, thanks for the share.
