Hi friends! I asked some co-workers this question around the office today and I am curious what you would do.

Would you rather eat a holiday dinner with your least favorite co-worker OR cook a 10-course holiday dinner for every single person you work with?

Most replied that they would rather suffer through dinner with their least favorite co-worker because the idea of cooking for that many people stresses them out!

Now it's your turn ; )

Comment with your answer and don't forget to tell us why!

I can't eat with people who stress me out. It causes digestive issues, and I'd rather not have those to contend with. I'll cook and eat happily with people.

When I was interviewing Applicants I always asked folks to tell me the 3 things in their life they are most proud. I loved when a dull interview turned animated and applicants showed passion. Conducting a boring interview when folks were pretending to be the person they thought they had to be were the worst. Personality and being able to demonstrate it professionally is a great skill to have.

I agree! I would rather eat dinner with the least favorite co-workers. Too much time would be spent cooking a 10 course dinner for each person. I could still connect with the least favorite workers and still enjoy my dinner with them. Knowing that this too shall pass!!

Maybe if we spent the time and cooked we would learn something about our co-workers that would help us work together cohesively going forward....Merry Christmas to all of us that are still out of work may 2020 be our year!!
