How will working a Maintenance Technician job help me grow a career?
It will teach you problem-solving, and attention to detail.. all of which look great on a resume.
Maintenance Technician is one of the best paying jobs I've had. It's been about 7 or 8 years since I left the job, but I'm pretty sure I was making around $38/hr. I only left because I was getting burnt out. 7 days a week, around 60 - 65 hrs per week. After 4 years of it, I was ready to spend more time with my family and less of my time working. I was able to save enough money up in that time period to enable me to take whatever job I want to take as long as I can clear about $500 a week. So I not only learned valuable marketable skills, it gave me a level of financial security I'd never known before. Maintenance Technician is a great field to get into.
It will help to problem solving and maintenance the work smoothly and efficiently
it don't .
A maintenance technician can learn a ton by shadowing the person who oversees a facility's predictive maintenance, giving them a skill they didn't have before. The easiest path to advancement for maintenance technicians is probably in the form of maintenance certifications.
With all of this we don't know what to do. In the world of common blockpost I have always been equal, free.
