I enjoyed working for Baker Cheese because they respected their employees! The benefits were good. They offered a discretionary profit sharing each year which during my service, I received one. They would offer onsite catering meals for holidays and records that were met. The wages were competitive. They gave me a nice retirement bonus which I appreciated.
