First I had tenants who refused to pay rent and I couldn't do anything about due to the state and federal moratorium for eviction. Courts were closed. I finally got them out but they owe me $24K of back rent, they stole the range, washer and dryer and had a $2K damage to the house.

Then I got laid off due to an economic downturn related to covid with my company. There were other problems but pretty much 75% of the business disappeared. Globally I think there are worse things that are still to come our way. Got a couple of job offers but I'm waiting for something better. By mid May if nothing else turns out I'll probably settle. Overall, I'm good, I'm not going to be poor or homeless, a lot more people are in a worse situation than I am. I just wish I have health insurance in case something happens.

@Ron R As for those tenants, if you have their social security numbers, hit their credit with the credit reports, and put a lien on their accounts. Consult an attorney to see how you can collect damages from them. Call the police about the theft.

Most of you know that my business if 30 plus yrs had to close its doors due to covid 19. I did survive about 6 months after i sold most of the equipment i needed to run my shop. Then i spent most of my time looking till i found this amazing place with amazing people. Its the perfect place to be in a pandemic. But i have recently found a basement ground up job meaning they are new at recycling and im just glad i found it it looks very promising. I had my restaurant totally furlough us until we were asked to go back in July 2020 which was a nightmare because working doubles as a server 13 whole hours of sweating with no breaks in a mask 😷 made my anxiety go through thee roof. So I told my job I cannot do anymore doubles until the mask is not necessary anymore. Other than that I downgraded my hours to 2 days a week instead of the normal 5 days a week because my anxiety 😟 with thee mask situation is terrible. No breaks have to keep mask on at all times is truly killing me. Other than that I am healthy and strong and grateful to God I haven’t been evicted or caught the Carona. My mom has the antibodies and I believe I do to. I’m so grateful that it has not effected me and my family and pray for others whom it has. I can’t complain. I feel so bad for the people who have lost jobs completely and been evicted and have illnesses which have killed them or family members due to Carona I keep them in my prayers. I have tried to help others by helping them get their unemployment benefits approved and will still help as many people as I can, God willing! I’m blessed and happy to say my struggles have only been the anxiety and maybe not knowing how to help my son with his 8th grade school work. Thanks to everyone who has helped other’s throughout this trying hard time and keep up the good work of encouraging and being good to people that may not have it as good as we do! God bless you all and stay strong. Remember God puts us through these things so we can learn to appreciate the real important things in life such as family love ❤️ and coming together!
