While you cannot have zero meetings there always seem to be too many and too many non-participants in them.

Would not mine meeting, I would hope meeting would be meaningful

i would rather be hands on doing work then sit in a meeting all day. my mind would wander and i would loose focus as well as yawning from being inactive and falling asleep

Haha. Define all day and define all year. There is a thing as meeting overload, which leads to leadership burnout.

I would rather be in a meeting because if we are having problems and stuff I think it would be better to solve this issue then to let this conflict sit and possibly shut down the company.
