I just updated my resume twice. I put the year as part of the title, to make sure I always know the current one. Then I made a tweak to that one so I had to save it as a revision.

Just because you don't have a college degree doesn't mean you don't have education. This is a good place to put any training you're doing relevant to the position for which you are applying, with a completion date. That shows that you're trying to improve. Always keep learning!
