Your dream company reaches out and offers you your dream role, however, you’ve already accepted employment with another company. How should you handle this situation?

I would have to decline from that job cause I was offered a better position and would have a chance to make better pay

When I accept a job I'm sure that is what I want

we’ll start working immediately.

You may have a job in your mind that you feel would be perfect for you but it does not always work out that way. Give your present job a chance.

I've already committed myself accepted the position. I would honor that.

This is where personal branding really matters. You might have your eye on that dream job, but it's important to consider the company that believed in you. If it comes to letting that job go or resigning for your dream opportunity, just make sure you handle it the right way. That way, if things don't pan out, you might have the chance to return.

I would regretfully bow out with the first company, but after giving them time (1-2 weeks) to hire another. That's if my dream job would let me do that. Or I'd give the new company the option to match the dream job first.

Politely inform the first company that you’ve received an unexpected opportunity aligned with your long-term goals and, after careful consideration, you’ve decided to pursue it. Express gratitude for their offer and apologize for any inconvenience, maintaining professionalism to preserve the relationship.

I will stay at the first job I get
Even though my dear job offer me a position, because I already accepted a job and I wanted to give it a chance at least for three months.
