For me the worst interview is when you’re in a panel, and not the only one there. maybe 5 other ppl in your interview for the same position. I really hate those type of interviews, because to me it seem there’s always that 1 person who is highly qualified more than you for the position. But I try to tell myself whats for me is for me and if it’s meant to be I would get the job. It’s hard picking yourself back up though once you feel defeated for sure! Was my experience today was in a 6 panel interview!
Just have a positive mindset. Remember the job wasn't yours in the 1st place & maybe its better you didn't. Because a bigger & better opportunity will come soon.
Never doubt yourself,it is frustrating but always keep your head up and keep moving forward.
Never stop applying. It is currently 1:07am central time U.S. I have been to interviews, came home, and applied to 40 more jobs (no exaggerations) same day. I have now expanded to new platforms. "HI" Getting out the comfort zone of familiar or preference and applying to jobs with min. requirements entry level. Soon something will happen. Learn, Experience, or Fail, but NEVER give up.
Keep applying for the position.
I try to stay positive and just keep applying for I know that I am a good candidatee that just are not willing to let me show them.
They always seem to want my experience in a person half my age.
They may not be able to say it but they SURE do show it
That may be true but, AGEISM certainly exists
I keep in mind that there are other employees out there and keep pushing forward
