Worked at company for about 2 years. 12 Year's later I re-apply I got to next screening which was a phone interview. Had a great talk with the lady who was screening. Towards the end she ask me if I had worked there before, I said yes but it was a very long time ago. Continued to ask why , she then said that a red flag popped up on there data base???

Typically, companies keep personal files for around 7 years after an employee leaves. If you are experiencing issues during the application process due to your prior employment at the company, it is best to be honest about your past employment and address any concerns they may have. If you encounter challenges with a particular company, try exploring opportunities on Jobcase, as well as other job search providers, to find a better fit for your skills and experience.
