Seasonal Trail Crew Staff (GA, TN, NC, VA, WV)

Responsibilities:

• Implement Trail construction, reconstruction, and maintenance projects

• Make sure safe and sanitary conditions at the camps and work sites

• Promote an atmosphere in which all crew members feel welcomed, motivated, and safe

• Ensure purchase of food, supplies, gear, and materials follow ATC’s financial controls and expenses stay within the weekly crew budget.

Catawba Mountain Ridgerunner (Catawba, West Virginia)

Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet the public and educate them about the A.T., ATC, local Trail Clubs, local land agencies and Leave No Trace practices.

• Assist visitors, including assistance in emergency-response incidents

• Perform basic Trail maintenance and pick up litter on the Trail

• Participate in partnership meetings and other communications

Responsibilities:

• Assists with the planning and execution of the ATLP Annual Meeting

• Assists in the preparation of project packages for federally appropriated funding

• Maintains new and existing partner relationships.

• Convenes and leads the ATLP Communications Working Group
