Set goals and focus on your goals. If majority of job is customer service then you need to make sure to talk with the customer and or client on a professional manne. You also need to focus on how to calm down angry customers because that’s normal for a customer to contact cs due to an issue they already had

I’d say number one would be, learning the Basics of Interpersonal Communications . In an everyday work scenario whether it’s in person , or on the job in a normal workplace setting, you must be able to speak with complete strangers , and your communications should be clear, and concise.
You must have internet connections and updated software to support networks and platforms in order to properly conduct business.
If it’s HIPPA standard, you must have a quiet office free from distractions and private for your clients engagements.
You must have a basic knowledge in reading and writing and know how to form a proper semi-professional sentence to answer emails. (Everyone is teachable and we all make mistakes. )
