Title: Customer Service Representative I
Duration: 2+ Months
Pay Rate: $14/hr on W2
• 100% Remote- the team is calling CA residents so work hours would be 8-5:30 PM PST.
• Candidates will be making high volume outbound calls with a script to follow. They will be Verifying service location information, phone, fax, providers, etc.
• Custer Service/ Call Center experience is required. Candidates do NOT need to have healthcare industry experience but must have experience with outbound call/ CSR experience.
Respond to telephone inquiries from both Molina Members and Providers and provide accurate, efficient, and courteous service.
Respond to incoming calls from members and providers excluding provider claims calls. Achieve individual performance goals as it relates to calling center objectives Engage and collaborate with other departments as applicable Comply with workplace safety standards Comply with regulatory requirements Demonstrate positive working relationships with peers and effectively manage conflict Attend meetings and training sessions as scheduled Show flexibility in meeting changing performance objectives consistent with Molina and department objectives.
Required Education: High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience: 0-2 years of Customer Service/Call Center experience in healthcare or equivalent related experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or other comparable software.
