I enjoy working out in the open air or just using my back, hands & brain to prove to ppl what I'm capable of doing if I set my mind to get things done in a handyman way , just looking for right opportunity to prove myself

Have you looked into coaching caregivers? Very much like the support group but with more one on one - I'm not sure about Texas but my county has a mentor program that coaches new caregivers - you could offer advice and support, remotely.
I've a friend who is a hospice doula - again, supporting the family and caregivers.
