Make sure you have some knowledge of the jobs offered and examine if it's something you would like to do in your career. Also, make sure you are able to pass the physical fitness test and meet height/weight requirements. Let them know how you can fit into their culture such as discipline, teamwork, leadership skills etc. Be able to talk through your skillsets and relate them to past job and life experiences. Always be positive when speaking with a recruiter and ask questions about things that you are unsure of.

Be yourself! Have an idea of the kind of job you want and make sure you’re physically fit. Be able to run and do push-ups and lift. Be able to meet the height and weight requirement. If not start going to the gym. Ask any questions you have, about benefits, educations, medical, bonuses etc. Its not hard, but you must stay focus, motivated and have a positive attitude! Know and understand your why and you will go far!

Nothing much. As long as you’re healthy and can join that’s all you need. But you definitely should start doing push-ups, sit-ups, and running 2-4 miles everyday so basic doesn’t whoop you’re ass
