What made me stay at #DouglasJaveda was

It was a terrible experience. Very unorganized, poor
and dishonest managment, poor communication, minimal to no training, poor morale in work environment. They have cycled thru directors, educators and HR staff. Rrally need to get organized. I was thrilled to join the staff at the school that I had graduated from 8 years ago. I was disappointed yo realize that school was no longer there. Just a mess.

Please I desperately need a job. I have an MBA in MIS and Risk Mgmt and have never worked with it. Its almost 3yrs and the only job I've been fortunate to get it caregiving job and occassional temp jobs from agency.

Moving forward
