First, take their official online self-assessment. Second, enroll in and complete a prerequisite course within 2 weeks. Third, wait for a library staff member to contact you!

Teaching

People either are born to be teachers or they aren’t.
Some people have stronger natural intuition than others, which helps them to excel in conveying a new concept to another individual. It also helps to have compassion - understanding that when a person’s eyes don’t register comprehension it’s likely they don’t understand what you’ve just explained makes you a better teacher than some others.

I love teaching as well..
