WORKING WITH PEOPLE THAT WAS SICK BUT HAD THE ZEAL TO LIVE SPENDING TIME WITH THEM AND TALKING WITH THEM WHEN THERE FAMILY DID NOT COME TO VISIT THEM
I like what I do. I love the individuals I service but the pay is so low. We do the work of nurses for minimum wage. The pay raises are nonexistent. Plus we dont even get a po aid vacation. I've been there for 6 years and only was able to take 1 week. That is not fair. Also, some employees get catered too. There is huge favoritism going on not every employee is being treated equally. Slipped and fell off of the stage.
It was a good experience and I was able to learn alot of new items to prepare for the guest I even had the opportunity to create my own dish and have it for guest to try so it was a wonderful experience I should say......
Well, first of all to begin with, that there was never a camera in the business. But the experience from when I got fired was, that when, there was a camera there( in the kitchen). And we'll, it's just that when you have a person playing during work, which evidently with the camera there would of showed of why there was a sort of argument in the kitchen, because it was that I told the kids playing around to get back to work that got me fired and... see more
