You're better off working elsewhere.

I like what I do. I love the individuals I service but the pay is so low. We do the work of nurses for minimum wage. The pay raises are nonexistent. Plus we dont even get a po aid vacation. I've been there for 6 years and only was able to take 1 week. That is not fair. Also, some employees get catered too. There is huge favoritism going on not every employee is being treated equally.
