What does "a good job" mean to you?

What do you think the answer to the above question is? I'd love to know - and so would my new reporter friend.

At Keefe group I was a proud team member. People loved my presence and loved being around me. At first everyone treated me like a weirdo, but by introducing myself and letting people get to know me it brought respect.
