Food for thought for Life:
I feel in today’s world, man or woman is a success who has lived well; laughed often; and loved much; who has gained the respect of people that count and the love of their children; who has filled his or her niche and accomplished his or her task in life; who leaves the world a little better place than he or she found it.
Hardships, poverty, and wants are the best ingredients and the best foundation for…
Some people wake up and dread their way to work..thinking about how much they are unsatisfied with their job and all the reasons why they do what they do. While others wake up everyday wishing they have a job to go thru. Kept trying but keep failing. Why is it the ones that want work can’t work? And the ones that work hated work??
Hello everyone, I hope and pray you are having a great start to your New Year.

What are some great reasons to give as to why you left or leaving your previous job? I always feel my answers are not up to par for the interviewer. Even when filling out an application I can't seem to come up with a great answer as to why I am leaving or left the job. Any clever ideas are welcome.
Hello fellow Jobcasers! I have recently posted some questions regarding unemployment to our community and I have encountered a barrage of mixed replies. Many have been positive and sincere, and many have been downright rude and degrading. I was raised on the Southside of Chicago, and my religion has molded me into the man I am today. I was always told that my faith in God will lead me on the path that was written for me. Lately, I have noticed…
Went for an interview this morning. Online the job was posted for a full time position. Once i arrived for the interview and started talking to the hiring manager, she informed me that she and the director changed the position to part time. Crazy isn't it!!!? No heads up or nothing. If they had of told me prior to me coming i would have passed on the interview. Who wants to go from full to part time the way this job market is??? .lol keep the…
I'm not understanding how a job can have you go do a drug test pass a drug test go for orientation give you your PPE hard hat glasses and whatever else the job requires gives a start date for them to call you a day before the start date and tell u that the offer has been withdrawn doesn't make no sense to me
I am feeling a great deal of anxiety about the next move in my career. I’ve been in Healthcare for 25 years working which, 15 years was spent in the Cardiovascular Lab as a Rad Tech. Now at this juncture of my life I realizing this type of job is becoming physically challenging for me to perform efficiently and I need a career change. I want to go back to school to pursue a BSN, to open up more opportunities for me in the Medical arena. However…
I have put in so many applications. I feel that I am well qualified for all. I think sometimes my name hurts me because no one can pronounce it. The H is silent but people just struggle with it so bad. Maybe I’m just being paranoid. Lord you’d think I could get one call.
I'm an 18 year old girl with a disabled mom and two younger brothers. So of course that means its time to go out and get a job. Its so devastating when you put out applications and attend many interviews and still no luck. I'm not sure if its something I'm doing wrong but why is this so hard? Gosh we definitely need another income and it doesn't seem like employers care about that. I'm not going to give up though.
