Keep in touch, don't just sit and wait for the phone to ring with a job offer. Instead, be proactive. There are things you should do after a job interview that can increase the odds of getting a second interview or landing a job offer.
Do NOT work there. Not a conducive environment for anyone wanting to work.
like so many others out there I have been having a frustrating job search. I have been looking since April of this year, had one interview and then was declined for the job -- interestingly, that same position is being advertised again. Moving on....
