Can’t take it anymore

Last night I found out a favorite relative of mine passed away. But instead of calling into work, I go in with my relative’s obituary. First I’m promised to be given an answer about getting time off by 1130 am. First lie. I don’t get an answer until 20 minutes before my shift is over. An obituary isn’t enough anymore, not even with the name and phone number of the person who runs the funeral home. I now have to have a pamphlet from the funeral…

Customer Service

So I have noticed in my dealings when I am out in the general public there is alot the service industry needs to work on as far as customer satifaction. There are some very simple guidelines to follow.

1) Don't assume. Never assume the customer is attempting to just get something for free. If you have this mindset you have already lost a lot of customers. We all make mistakes and it is up to us (the ones that made the mistake) to admit to it and…

What I loved about working at #Qualfon was

The community of people in the company is amazing. I loved everyone I worked with and I had an amazing experience with the company. I reccomend people to work with them and they have more benefits than what is on paper. I left with friends not just former coworkers.

Questions & Concerns.

Does anyone know about a company called “ALC Call Center” here in Raleigh NC well enough to give me information about the hiring process? I recently went there for a interview this past Friday and was offered the position on the spot (which I am proud and happy about because I been having the worst luck), well the next process would be the drug test and background check which I will pass with flying colors for the drug test, the background check…

Had a great customer

I was working my shift at Family Dollar and I had a really nice customer that told me to keep my chin up. I was smiling so I asked her how she knew? She said she sensed it and wanted me to keep going. My uncle has been very ill and we are not sure he is going to make it home from the hospital so I've been a little down lately. It was nice to have a kind customer. I really enjoy my job and wish more people would be caring in this world. Am I…
