Realistic?

Hi all. I have a question. My husband has cancer. I am the sole breadwinner right now. I want to look for a new job that pays more so we won't be suffering too badly. The only stipulation is that I need to take so easy time off of work to care for my husband. It's not steady time off but intermittent when he is need of care during treatment. Payment disappointment

I found a job in a good company. According to the job description there was a range salary between one amount and another. I got hired and I really thought I was going to be I was going to start on their minimum offer and I understood...Then I got my first check, and I see the salary is 5000 less a year than it was announced...what should I do? Unemployment
