Not really a big mistake, but my journeyman needed 4 pieces of material cut to precise spec. and I was off by about a eighth of an inch. Got a good tongue lashing

The ATS could be stopping you!!

Feeling frustrated because you applied to a TON of jobs and you still aren’t hearing back???

The problem could be that your resume is missing some important information!

If a company uses what’s called a applicant tracking system or ATS, your resume will go through a screening process. If it’s missing certain elements it will be pushed aside and not viewed by that particular company.

Carpenter

I learned the basic in carpenting on how to use the saws nail guns and other machines also how to measure and room and use the checklines, I'll put straps on the wall which ws just to hold the walls together so it won't get out the measure .

I got the best job!!!!

I have got the best job! It took three months to get hired and I was about to just move on and then I finally was given my second interview which went extremely well. I learned to speak up and sell my skills and my eagerness to learn new things. It worked! I am now a happy mother with a job that pays more than my last. I am proud of myself for sticking to it!
