I am getting so frustrated. I have been looking for a job for a year. I keep hearing, you are over qualified, or we have decided to go in a different direction. because of my manager and supervisor. They truly care about their team

Keep pushing !

I spent 7 years in the company and they never promoted me because I never liked supervisors

Always friendly staff and they're good to see me, makes working there feel good.

I loved looking back after the job was complete and able to learn how to save time on the next job without compromising the quality of workmanship.

Because give me the opportunity to grow as manager. Believe in my experience also in my person.
