I have completed being a stay-at-home mom. I’m now eager to put my education to good use - enthusiastic to get back into the workforce. Much has changed concerning the art of job seeking since last I was employed. Face-to-face contact and snail mail has been replaced with online communication and correspondence. Takes a little getting used to but I’m managing. Hoping to land a great career with good benefits once again!
I am completely fed up. I have not given up finding a job. I am a single Mom of 2 kids, applied for multiple jobs and have gotten interviews, just no jobs yet. I'm at my wits end. I bought a house, got a new car and lost my job. I don't know what to do anymore. I am available to work Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Help, I need advice.
I was a stay at home mom for 24 years before I started working as a private Caregiver 3 years ago. At the first of this year I started considering a more stable position with retirement and benefits. It’s been a long road with 26 applications but I had an interview on the 19th. I feel fairly confident about how it went. Now the wait.
I’m 50 but still have a LOT left to offer and I’m ready to build a career!

You have to have one if your kid is under a certain age, usually 5 but depends on the company. He tried to lecture me about being a good mother and I ALMOST lost it right there. My son is VERY well cared for, safe and loved. He ran my license then comes…

I am a back to work mother who took care of two little ones for over 5 years. I love my girls but I wanted to go back to work so I applied at Sephora and got the job as cashier last month. I am so happy they took a chance on me!! I hope one day to try and do some makeup applications once I learn more. I have always loved this store so it's nice to work here! It's so nice to be back to work.
